Linear track monitoring sensor
When insufficient rubber plugs in the linear track is detected by this sensor, the bowl feeder will replenish the linear track automatically. In contrast, if the track is full of rubber plugs, this sensor will indicates in green light, and the bowl feeder will stop feeding in seconds. In the picture you can see the fiber optic amplifier is mounted in a Aluminum enclosure, and through-beam fiber in PU pipes, so that can be well-protected to avoids impact-induced damage.
Bowl condition monitoring sensor
This sensor can indicate the tread rods level in the bowl. If the bowl is full of tread rods, this sensor will indicates in red light to stop the bulk hopper. In contrast, if the bowl is lack of tread rods, this sensor will indicates in green light, and the bulk hopper will keep feeding tread rods into the bowl. It can observably reduce the fault caused by too many tread rods in the bowl.
Bowl sorting track
This sorting track rejects improperly oriented parts, allowing them to fall back into the vibratory bowl, while correctly positioned parts continue forward on the track.
Hopper
This hopper can greatly extend the storage volume of work-pieces to 1000pcs. When integrated with the bowl's condition monitoring sensor, it enables long-duration autonomous feeding operation, eliminating the need for operator attendance.
Vibration controller
These three vibration controllers are mounted on the storage hopper's support frame. We have preset optimal parameters and added clear markings for customer convenience.
Support frame & Dust cover
This feeding system is set on a stand-alone support frame and is equipped with a dust cover, which can effectively preventing material contamination while reducing operation noise level.
Side shuttle mechanism - parts escapement mechanism
The design of parts escapement mechanism can separate one single rubber plug to the fixed position, where robot can pick it precisely.
