This is a plastic component of a medical test kit, while will experience some dimensional shrinkage after injection molding.

Four tracks within a feeder bowl

The bowl uses four-track simultaneous feeder for high efficiency.

Orientating tracks

This type of track can orientate majority of parts into a uniform orientation (large-end-up position).  Disorientated parts will automatically fall back into the bowl, then re-circulate for subsequent orientation attempts.

Linear track sensor

If the a linear track is full of parts, this sensor on corresponding track will indicates in red light, and the air nozzle will reject subsequent incoming parts to prevent equipment jamming.

Support frame & Dust cover

This feeding system is set on a stand-alone support frame and is equipped with a dust cover, which can effectively preventing material contamination while reducing operation noise level.
