Linear track sensor

If the linear tracks are full of metal washers, the sensors will indicates in red light to stop the bowl feeders. In contrast, if the tracks are lack of metal washers, the sensors will indicates in green light, and the bowl feeders will keep feeding washers into the linear tracks.

Surface coating of the bowl

This PU coating of the bowl surface can reduce abrasion of the metal washers, also the noise level of the bowl feeder.  

Sound & dust enclosure

It can reduce noise level within tolerance limits which reduces or eliminates the need for ear protection. It also makes the production environment more conducive to communication and productivity. 

Parts escapement mechanism - rotary actuator mechanism

The design of rotary actuator mechanism can release four metal washers to the fixed position, separated with each other, where robot can pick it precisely. Each position has an detective sensor. While the robot arm picking the metal washers up, the sensor would send out a signal to the PLC.

System control cabinet contains touch screen, PLC unit, switching power supply, servo motor driver, relays, terminals and such other devices, which all conform to the CE standard.
