Hexagon nuts vibratory feeders with pick and place parts escapements mechanism

Linear track sensor

If the linear tracks are full of hexagon nut, the sensors will indicates in red light to stop the bowl feeders. In contrast, if the tracks are lack of hexagon nut, the sensors will indicates in green light, and the bowl feeders will keep feeding washers into the linear tracks.

Surface coating of the bowl

This PU coating of the bowl surface can reduce abrasion of the hexagon nut, also the noise level of the bowl feeder.  

Sound & dust enclosure

It can reduce noise level within tolerance limits which reduces or eliminates the need for ear protection. It also makes the production environment more conducive to communication and productivity. 

Parts escapement mechanism – pick and place mechanism

The design of this mechanism can release four hexagon nut to the fixed position, separated with each other, where robot can pick it precisely. Each position has a detective sensor. While the robot arm picking the hexagon nut up, the sensor would send out a signal to the PLC.

System control system

System control system contains touch screen, PLC unit, switching power supply, servo motor driver, relays, terminals, indicator lamp and such other devices, which all conform to the CE standard.
