Linear track sensor

If the linear tracks are full of plastic cover, the sensors will indicates in red light to stop the bowl feeders. In contrast, if the tracks are lack of plastic cover, the sensors will indicates in green light, and the bowl feeders will keep feeding plastic cover into the linear tracks.

Surface coating of the bowl

This PU coating of the bowl surface can reduce abrasion of the plastic cover, also the noise level of the bowl feeder. 

System control cabinet

System control cabinet contains PLC unit, switching power supply, servo motor driver, relays, terminals and such other devices, which all conform to the CE standard.
