Rotary actuator parts escapement mechanism

With a four tracks linear feeder in front, the rotary actuator separates four thread rods into four flexible tubes, and blew them to the target positions. This rotary actuator is drive by a rotary cylinder. There are sensors to check whether the thread rods are arriving the right places.

Flexible tubes

These flexible tubes are made especially for blew feeding parts. They are flexible, visible and durable. Four ring-shaped sensors are fitted on the tubes which can check whether the thread rods are moving through the tubes.  

Target positions

This mechanism can feed four thread rods each time. Because of four separate auxiliary clamping cylinders, every rod's positioning repeatability can be within ±0.1mm. 

Air pressure switch

The mechanism requires a stable air pressure. If the pressure is too low, the blew feeding maybe failed. This air pressure switch installed on the mechanism will send out a warning message to let you know.
