Conveyor Belt for bottles
Medicine bottles from the previous process are conveyed to our packaging machine by this conveyor belt.
Positioning mechanism
This alignment mechanism receives medicine bottles from the conveyor belt and organizes them into a precise 4-row by 5-column formation, facilitating efficient robot picking operations. This mechanism includes a pusher cylinder and multiple sets of detection sensors.
Pick & place mechanism
This mechanism is mainly composed of a 4-axis robot, a set of sponge suction cups, and associated detection sensors. Its role is to lift the pre-aligned medicine bottles and accurately place them into the designated cardboard boxes.
Touchscreen
The operator manages the operation of this equipment using an intuitive touchscreen interface. A wide range of operational parameters, including speed, timing, and positioning settings, can be easily configured and adjusted directly on the touchscreen. This allows for flexible and efficient control over the device's functions.
System control cabinet
System control cabinet contains PLC unit, switching power supply, servo motor driver, relays, terminals and such other devices, which all conform to the CE standard.
